Seattle's Famous Space Needle!
Seattle is a beautiful place. I don't think there is any other word to describe it. Although I haven't had a lot of time to go downtown exploring, what I have seen and done has been exciting.
Today Jessie and I ventured into Seattle from Kirkland on a bus. We did an Underground Tour. Where the streets and sidewalks used to be is actually about 10 feet under where you walk today. Very fascinating.
We also managed it into Pike Place Market, to look around, smell the fish! and see the beautiful tulips. And to my excitement we saw the restaurant that features in Sleepless in Seattle, I like that movie a little too much.
I cannot believe that I only have a week left before I head back to England!!! I can't wait to see everybody! :)
